More than 400 members of the Society represent all ages and all walks of life. Many were born in Clallam County, while others came from other states to enjoy life on the Olympic Peninsula. Some have moved away but still want to keep in touch by.  All have one thing in common; they feel a connection to the North Olympic Peninsula and an interest in supporting the preservation of our links with our past.

Whether you are a pioneer descendent or recent transplant to our area, you can help to preserve our local history in many ways. Contribute through your local roots. Conduct research on subjects that are not common knowledge. Assist in a classroom or make a presentation. Work in the Research Library or Archives Storage Facility. Contribute financially. Help plan special events. Attend History Tales and other programs. Or simply know that your membership contributes to the strength of the organization and to the preservation of our local history.

We invite you to visit our campus and attend our many events. For more information, contact us at (360) 452-2662; or e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

We look forward to hearing from you!
