Membership Application

Your membership in the Clallam County Historical Society helps us to keep our history alive! You will receive our quarterly newsletter, Museum News, find out what’s new, and gain entry to the famous “Members Only” preview of the annual Lincoln School garage sale.

More than 450 members of the Society represent all ages and all walks of life. Many were born in Clallam County, while others came from other states to enjoy life on the Olympic Peninsula. Some have moved away but still want to keep in touch by receiving the newsletter.  All have one thing in common; they feel a connection to Clallam County and an interest in supporting the preservation of our links with our past.

Since the name of our organization is the Clallam County Historical Society, many people assume we are funded by the county. Clallam County is our focus, not our resource. The county appreciates greeting-the-membersand encourages our efforts but does not provide any financial support. We depend on memberships, fundraisers, donations, and endowments to cover the cost of our operation. Your personal support strengthens and supports the Society's mission to educate through the identification, preservation and interpretation of Clallam County's past.

We appreciate the encouragement and sponsorship of our business members listed on the left, and urge our members to support them as they support us.

If you are not already a member, please consider joining us at whatever level of membership you choose. Download a membership application, fill it out and mail it to us with your check. We look forward to hearing from you.
